My studio: everything of the studio in one place

«My studio» is the shared section above the directions: the studio card with the logo, contacts and team, «Create a new project», all Design, Production and Floristry projects in one list, sections across every project (tasks, documents, boards, chats, plans, photos, estimates, suppliers, sketches, 3D models), the studio's document templates, the library and the Aura Guide. It opens with the word «My studio» in the header.

Where to open «My studio»

«My studio» is the first word of the header after the AURA logo, left of the direction switcher: there is one studio for every direction, so it stands above them. On a phone open «More» at the bottom and the «My studio» row. It also opens from the Design «Home» (the «My studio» block and the «Open My studio» button) and from «Profile» (the «Studio card and team» row).

Everyone signed in has a studio of their own. If you work in someone else's team or project, «My studio» shows only what was opened to you: the projects you are a member of and their tasks, documents and estimates according to your role.

Studio info and team

At the top is the studio card: the logo, the name, a few lines «About the studio» and the contacts (contact person, phone, e-mail, website, social media). Below is the team: the owner, admins, members and guests with their role and profession. «Invite and roles» opens the «Team» page, where the owner and admins invite people and change roles.

  1. Click «Edit» on the studio card.
  2. Enter the name, «About the studio» (what the studio does, in which city, what events it makes) and the contacts.
  3. Click «Save». The card updates at once.
  • The name, logo and contacts are the same as in the presentation brand kit and the team name in Chats: change them here and they change there too. «About the studio» is shown only in «My studio».
  • Your own logo is uploaded on a plan with branding, as for presentations. Without it the card shows the initials of the name.

Create a new project and My projects

Below is «My projects»: all projects of every direction in one list, the nearest events first, each project with its direction. Choose «All», «Design», «Production» or «Floristry» and find a project by name, client or venue. Production orders are listed if the «Production» section is open to you.

  1. In the «Create a new project» block choose the direction: «Design», «Production» or «Floristry». There is no choice if only one direction is open to you.
  2. Enter the name and click «Create project» («Create order» in Production). Design and Floristry open the passport of the new project, Production opens the order.
  • The direction of a project is decided this way: an order belongs to Production, a project created in Floristry to Floristry, the rest to Design. A project is shared: it shows everything done in any direction.

My sections across all projects

«My sections» gather each kind of thing from every project of every direction in its own list: «My tasks», «My documents», «My boards», «My chats», «My plans and seating», «My photos», «My estimates», «My suppliers», «My sketches» and «My 3D models». Inside a section you can pick a project.

«My photos» shows the visualizations and collages of every direction at once. «My estimates» are the estimates of every project and order where you can edit the estimate, by direction. «By project» shows the totals of Design, Production (the orders made from the project) and Floristry (the lines a florist moved from a collage) and the grand total, with a link to each estimate. «All estimates» lists each estimate of a direction with its number of lines and client total. If the owner hid prices from you, «Prices hidden by the owner» stands instead of the total.

«My suppliers» is the studio's book. «Add a supplier» starts a card: the name, the directions (none checked means all), the contact person, phone, e-mail, website, «Supplies» and notes. Below AURA shows the suppliers it found in the «Supplier» column of estimates, in the Production materials price list and in requests to rental companies: «Add to my suppliers» starts a card for them. A card shows where the name is already used and in which projects.

  • «My boards» and «My sketches» are shown when the idea board is on in AURA. «My chats» is shown when Chats are open to you.
  • In an estimate the «Supplier» field suggests the names of the book: yours and the project owner's. «My suppliers» also opens from the Production column («Suppliers») and from «Florist studio».

Document templates

«Document templates» is the place for the studio's own files: briefs, specs, checklists, timings, sample estimates and more. Upload a file once and add a copy to the documents of any project where you can edit documents.

  1. Click «Upload a template» and choose one or more files: XLSX, XLS, CSV, DOCX, PDF, PPTX, TXT, JPG, PNG or WebP. AURA guesses the type from the file name, for example «Wedding brief» becomes a brief.
  2. To change the name or the type, click «⋯» → «Edit».
  3. To put a template to work, click «To project» (or «⋯» → «Add to project») and choose a project. A copy appears on the project's «Documents» tab: a brief and a spec in «Client brief», a timing in «Schedule», an estimate in «Estimate», the rest in «General documents».
  • Only you see your templates. Deleting a template does not touch the copies already in projects.
  • You can keep up to 100 files and up to 300 MB. «All templates» opens the full list with the choice of type.

Library and the Aura Guide

«Library» has two parts. «Own»: «My templates» of every direction with the «Direction» choice, the florist's «My compositions», «My 3D models» and Production's «My products». «Shared library»: the «AURA Gallery», where you can buy frames and packs of others and sell your own, «Purchases and sales» and the rental «Catalog».

At the bottom is «Help from Aura Guide»: «Ask Aura Guide» opens the guide, which tells you where things are in the studio.

  • «My studio» in the header and the «My studio» block in «Profile» are linked: «Profile» holds the studio settings (brand kit, website widget) and a row that opens this page.
  • A direction's home (the Design «Home», «Florist studio», «My orders») is the desk of one direction with its own goals, while «My studio» is shared by every direction.
