My projects and «Create project» in every direction
In every direction the first word of the header is «My projects» («My orders» in Production), and the home page starts with «Create project» and the list of projects. Inside a project «Things to do in order» leads through the steps of the direction: in Design from the board to showing the client, in Floristry from the arrangement board to the estimate. Boards, 3D models and plans each live in their own section, floristry collages in Floristry.

My projects in the header
In Design and in Floristry the first word of the header is «My projects», in Production it is «My orders»: orders are the projects of Production. After it come the «Home» of the direction and «Library» in Design or «Catalog» in Floristry. On a phone the bottom bar has the same places in short: «Home», «Projects», «Create», «Library», «More».
The «My projects» page starts with the «Create project» button. From Floristry the list shows «My projects with floristry», and the «All projects» button opens the rest.
- You can work both through the directions and through the projects: a project is shared, and it shows everything done in any direction.
Create a project on the home page
- Open the «Home» of Design or «Florist studio». The «Create project» block comes first.
- Type the name, for example «Wedding in the orangery», and click «Create project». The overview of the new project opens with its passport open: the date, the venue, the guests. Fill them in now or later.
- The line under the field says what AURA offers next. Design: idea board, team and roles, chats, tasks, documents, hall visualization, 3D models, plan and seating, hall in 3D, estimate, presentation, show the client. Floristry: arrangement board, collage, visualization from the collage, cut out onto a transparent background, library, price list and norms, estimate.
- Below is «My projects»: the latest projects of the direction with the date and the current step. Further down is «What do you want to do?» with the goals of the direction.
- A project created in «Florist studio» joins «My projects with floristry» at once.
- In Production an order starts with the «New order» button at the top of «My orders».
Things to do in order inside a project
On the project overview, under the «What's next» card, is «Things to do in order»: numbered buttons in the order an event is usually prepared. Each button opens its own part of the project, and «Team and roles» opens the «Team and access» window. A check on a button means that part already holds something.
A Floristry project (made in «Florist studio» or opened from Floristry) shows the chain of Floristry, the other projects the chain of Design. You can start with any step.
Since 19.10.2026 the chain is always at hand on every page of the project but «Overview»: under the row of steps, and in the header on the board, the floor plan, the 3D scene, the estimate and the presentation, a strip shows the step of this page and «All steps». It opens the same chain with its checks, a step opens with a press. On the full-screen tools «Back to project» stands beside it and returns to «Overview». On a phone these are an arrow and «Steps», and the chain slides up from the bottom.
- «Things to do in order» is not the five steps of a project («Idea», «Look», «Space», «Preparation», «For the client»): the steps stand in a row above the page and show where the project is now, while the chain leads into the parts one after another.
- Buttons of parts your account or role does not have are left out of the chain.
My orders and how an order goes
In Production, under the «My orders» heading, is the line «How an order goes»: «Order», «Price list and norms», «Materials», «Products», «Calculator» and «Estimate from references and drawings». «Order» opens the new order window, the other buttons open their sections of Production.

My studio above the directions
Boards, 3D models, plans, visualizations, documents, estimates and the rest across all projects are gathered in «My studio»: the word «My studio» comes first in the header, left of the directions. Each section there is a separate list, not one heap. On the Design «Home» the former «My studio by section» block is now the «My studio» card with the «Open My studio» button.
With the directions on and Floristry open to you, «My visualizations» in «Library» follows the direction: in Design without floristry collages, in Floristry only the collages and the frames with the «Floristry» section. «My photos» in «My studio» shows every direction at once.
- For now a florist in a project sees the whole project, and the library and estimates are not split by direction.
