Projects: create, find, archive
The «My projects» list: the nearest events on top, «Now: …» on every card, search, «In progress» and «Archive», and «Create project» in one window. The «⋯» menu of a card shows the project to the client, invites the client, and moves the project to the archive or the trash.

How to use it
- Open «My projects» in the header (the first word in Design and in Floristry) or «Projects» in the bottom bar of a phone. These are your projects and the ones you were invited to. The nearest events come first, then projects without a date, then past ones. A card shows the name, the date and how long is left, the line «Now: look» (the step the project is on), and the venue with the client.
- To start a project, click «Create project» at the top of the list. «Create» in the header and its «New project» goal open the same window, and «Home» starts with the «Create project» field for just the name. Enter the project name, a date if you like, and click «Create project». The link «Add the format, venue and client» adds the event format, the venue and the client, and everything else can be filled in later in the event brief. After you create it, the «Overview» of the new project opens.
- You can also create a project from a finished visualization: click «⋯» → «Move to a project» on its card in the list of visualizations, or «Move to a project» in «Details» of the result, and choose «Create a project with this visualization». Enter a name and click «Create the project and move»: all variants of that generation go into the new project.
- Open a project with its card: the «Overview» opens. What is on it and how the steps «Idea», «Look», «Space», «Preparation» and «For the client» work is described in the articles «Project overview» and «Project steps».
- Find the project you need with the search field: it searches the name, the client, the venue and the event format. The «In progress / Archive» switch changes the state of the list. The «Cards / List» switch changes the view (a phone has cards only). If there are more than 24 projects, «Show more» is at the bottom.
- Above the list there is the row «Projects · Visualizations · Floor plans · Boards · Documents» (on a phone it is the list «Show:»). It opens the shared lists across all projects, and every card names its project.
- To take a finished event out of the working list, click «⋯» on the card → «Archive» (or «⋯» inside the project → «Archive»). To bring a project back, choose «Archive» in the switch above the list, then «⋯» on the card → «Restore project».
- To delete a project, click «⋯» on the card (or inside the project) → «Move to trash» and confirm «Move to trash» in the window «Delete the project?». Only the owner has these buttons.
Good to know
- Archive and trash only change the project's state and do not delete the account. A project in the trash can be brought back: click «⋯» above the list, choose «Recently deleted» and on the project click «⋯» → «Restore project».
- When a project is moved to the trash, members' access and publications are closed. Restoring the materials does not mean old client links are active again: check access separately.
- If you cannot see a project, check the selected state («In progress» or «Archive») and the account the invitation was sent to. Production orders are not shown in «Projects»; they are in «Production» → «Orders».
- Projects you do not own are marked «General project». For a client who has only chosen shots open, the mark is «In review», and the card leads not to the project but to the «Client review» page. «Archive», «Move to trash» and «Invite the client» are only for the owner, «Show the client» for the owner and editors.
- From the «Floristry» direction the list opens as «My projects with floristry»: it holds only projects with visualizations that use the «Floristry» section. The «All projects» button brings back the full list.
- The «Cards / List» switch changes the view: cards are larger, while the list shows a project in one row: the name, «Now», the venue and the date. The choice is remembered in this browser separately for each page.
