Aura Guide and help

Aura Guide answers from the help right on the open page: press its icon in the header (a circle with a speech bubble and a spark), the «Aura Guide» row in the «More» menu or «Ask Aura Guide» in the «Create» window. The «?» by a page title opens the help article. Questions about how to use AURA are free; a question about your own project is paid.

How to get help

Aura Guide explains how to use AURA and answers from the help articles. Since 13.10.2026 it has one name, «Aura Guide» (for a few days the header called it «Assistant»), and its own icon in the header of every screen: a circle with a speech bubble and a spark. There is no floating button at the bottom right, and the «?» no longer opens the guide.

Since 15.10.2026, for those who have «Do it for me», the guide icon opens its chat at the bottom right. It is one assistant that both answers questions and carries out requests. Ask «how do I invite a client?» and the answer comes in the chat with links to the guides; ask «open projects» or «open the project Wedding» and the guide opens the page, and you see the move; ask «count the estimate from the brief» or «make a picture and a floor plan» and AURA shows the plan and the price in the chat and starts only after «Start».

Open «Help» in the «More» menu (on a computer it is the menu under the avatar, on a phone the «More» cell at the bottom): the help page opens. Type a button name or a task, for example «sticky note», «invite» or «share».

Sign in and press the Aura Guide icon. On ordinary pages it is in the header next to the search and «Tasks», on full-screen tools (the visualization wizard, a finished shot, the plan editor, a presentation, the estimate, the idea board) on the right of the top bar, and in the 3D scene it is the last icon of the scene's bottom bar. The «Aura Guide» row in the «More» menu and «Ask Aura Guide» at the bottom of the «Create» window open it too. When you point at the icon or reach it with the Tab key, the caption «Aura Guide» appears. Guests see the knowledge base without the guide.
Type your question and click the send arrow or press Enter. Shift+Enter adds a new line. Under the answer, open the source article with screenshots.

Photos in a message to the guide

Press «Attach a photo»: in the guide's chat it is the paperclip to the left of the input field, in the guide's window a button under the field. Choose up to three photos: JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC. You can also drag a photo onto the guide's panel or paste it into the field from the clipboard (Ctrl+V, Cmd+V on a Mac).
The attached photos stand small above the field, and a spinning mark shows while they upload. The cross in the corner removes a photo before sending.
Write your question, for example «what chair is this?» or «how do I make such decor in AURA?», and send it. You can also send a photo without words: the guide says what is on it and what you can do with it in AURA. The photos stay in the message in the chat history.
In a project you can hand over «count the estimate from the brief» with photos: they go into the project files of the «Brief» section, and AURA reads them together with the other brief files. For «make an image and a floor plan» the first photo becomes the venue photo, and AURA does not ask for it during the task.
To change the picture itself, write it together with the photo: «decorate the arch with white peony floristry», «remove the chairs», «replace the tablecloths with white ones». AURA offers «Edit the picture from the message» with a plan and a price; see the «Do it for me» article.

An attachment does not change the price: questions on how to use AURA are free with photos too, and a task costs what its plan says before «Start».
The guide sees only the photos you attached to the message. It does not name brands, prices or suppliers that are not in the help. In the «Question about this project» mode photos are not attached.

The guide's icon and «?»

The Aura Guide icon (a circle with a speech bubble and a spark) opens the window for questions. The guide knows which page you are on and answers about it.
The «?» by a page title opens the help article about that page. It asks nothing and works for a guest too.
The small «?» by a block heading or a button explains that one button. The hint opens only when you press it and closes with its cross, the Esc key or a click away from it.
On the board, the «?» in the bottom left corner opens «Help and keys»: a short hint, «All keys» and «Details» (the article). On the board the guide opens with its icon on the right of the top bar.

What Aura Guide knows

In the «How to use AURA» mode, Aura Guide receives your question, the recent messages of the conversation and the name of the section. It sees only the photos you attached to the message yourself; it does not look at board contents, your balance or specific payments.
Aura Guide explains actions, but it does not invite members, change the project or start a generation by itself.
Instructions for companies and administrators depend on the account role. You need to sign in for the AI conversation; the general knowledge base is open to guests.
If AI is unavailable, Aura Guide shows matching instructions from the knowledge base and says so. If there is not enough information, it suggests clarifying the question.
Aura Guide knows the instructions on the kanban, tasks, documents, access, the estimate, the schedule and briefs. It explains how features work using the same articles that are available in the knowledge base.

Two modes of the guide and project preparation

On a project page, at the top of the Aura Guide window, there is a switch with two modes. «How to use AURA · free» answers questions about buttons, sections and the next step based on the knowledge base guides. It does not see the project and charges nothing. Outside a project, the guide always works in this mode. If the guide opened as a chat at the bottom right, press «A question about the project's materials» in it: the window with this switch opens.

«Question about this project · 1 pendant» helps with a task of this particular project: find an estimate line, a schedule item, a document or an open comment, summarize or compare what they say, draft a short text. The project assistant sees the project's name, date and description and the open comments; for an editor and the owner it also takes into account the estimate, the schedule, brief answers and the list of documents (names, sections and notes, without the text of files). A member with view or comment access gets an answer based only on the project description and comments. If an article fits, the guide links to it.

Each question about a project costs 1 pendant at the default price; the price is shown next to the send button. The project owner pays, even when a team member asks. If no answer arrives (an error, a long wait, access to the project closed), the charge is refunded. Sending the same question again after a lost connection does not charge again. If the wallet does not have enough funds, the question stays in the input field and a «Top up» link appears next to it. Administrators and accounts without a wallet pay nothing.

The separate «Preparation assistant» tab is inside the project → «Documents» → «Preparation assistant»: it takes into account the project description, brief answers, open comments, budget totals and the marked documents, and suggests tasks. The selected tasks are created only after the user confirms.

Managing the conversation

«New conversation» clears the chat. The history is kept only in the memory of the current tab and is reset after a reload or an account switch.
Close the window with the cross or Escape to get back to work. If needed, open «Support».

Do not send passwords or codes. AI answers may contain mistakes; check them against the article and the state of your project.

Assistants on the phone

In the help, open Aura Guide: it answers questions about using AURA for free. From a project, open the Project assistant: it reads the available data of that project but changes nothing itself. The conversations of these two modes are kept separate.

Write a question of 2 to 1500 characters. For a project, first find out the price of the answer and confirm it. The project owner pays.
If the answer is lost, open the saved question and confirm the current price before repeating it. The app uses the earlier request number. A finished answer is not paid for again; if the first request never arrived, the repeat becomes the first paid one.
The answer and the links to articles can be read and copied. For a new question, first wait for the saved one to finish.

The history of questions about a project is kept on this phone, separately for each account. The free conversation with the guide is kept separately.
