Where to find the video lessons

  1. Beside the «?» on a page that has a lesson there is a round mark with a triangle. Point at it: a preview of the lesson with its title and length appears. Press the mark and the lesson opens in a window over the page.
  2. Open the help and choose «Video lessons» in the left menu, or scroll the «Help» page to the «Video lessons» section. The lessons are grouped by direction: «General lessons», «Design», «Production» and «Floristry». Press a card to watch. If you type a word in the help search, the section keeps the lessons with that word in the title.
  3. In a help article that a lesson is tied to, the «Video lesson» block stands above the text. If a topic has several lessons, the block is called «Video lessons on the topic».
  • If a page or an article has several lessons, the mark opens a short list: choose the one you need.
  • There is no pointing on a phone: just press the mark.

How to watch a lesson

  1. The lesson opens in a window and starts playing at once. Pause, rewind, volume and full screen are on the lower bar of the player.
  2. The Russian subtitles are on from the first second. The subtitles button on the player bar (browsers label it «CC» or «Subtitles») turns them off and on again.
  3. You can close the window with the cross, the Esc key or by pressing the dark background. The «Open the help article» link under the video leads to the written instruction with the same steps.
  • The voice and the subtitles of the lessons are in Russian. The written instructions in the help are translated into English and Spanish.
  • If the video did not load, check your connection and open the lesson again.
  • A lesson is recorded on training data, so the numbers and names in it do not belong to your projects.

What the lessons are about

Each lesson takes about a minute and a half and shows one small scenario from start to finish. The list grows: new lessons appear in the same places.

  • General lessons: a project and its passport, the visual board (first steps, stickers and text, shapes and arrows, photos and files, frames and export), task lists and the task card, task templates, documents, the client brief, the event estimate, the timing, the preparation assistant, the catalog, «My templates», the help and the Aura Guide.
  • Design: lessons on visualizations, 3D and hall plans are being recorded; until then read the help articles on these topics.
  • Production: a separate order and the handover from a project, the decor calculator, the production estimate, the cost calculators, the studio price list and norms, the estimate import from Excel, the brief assistant, model projects, drawings, printing and the 3D part.
  • Floristry: the florist studio, the composition board, the collage of cut-outs, cutting flowers out on a transparent background, the florist price list, the florist calculator, materials in stock and the directory of suppliers.
