Production estimate: cost and client price

The «Estimate» tool of a production order builds the production estimate by section: cost and client price with markup, a discount, the client budget and the difference from it. Rows come from the calculators, the decor calculator, the «Count what can be counted» helper, the floor plan and Excel, or are entered by hand. There are versions, variants for the budget and exports to Excel and PDF for the team and for the client. Available in beta to everyone, no invitation needed. A quick estimate without a composition by a rate or by an earlier order («rough» rows), repeating an earlier order at today's prices and checking the whole estimate against your Excel. A row's price and the norm of a product's composition line can be changed for this order only, and a waste allowance added to the quantity shows at once how many whole sheets that is. An item of the decor calculator comes in as one row with its composition, its installation as a row of its own; «⋯» → «Specification» opens the composition with the consumables. Delivery, removal, disposal and teardown are always in sight under the rows, and the end of the table has the «Taxes» line.

How to use it

  1. Open an order, the «Count» stage, and click «Open the estimate» on the «Estimate» card. The tool is marked «Beta». Under the «Production estimate» heading you can see which version you are working from and when the estimate was saved.
  2. Add rows from the «Calculate and add» block on the right: «Count what can be counted» reads the client brief, the «Calculator» prices decor with a photo mockup, and the other buttons open calculators for fabric, frame, cladding, painting, sewing, sheets, flooring, crew, logistics and rows by studio norms.
  3. The «From a visualization» button in the same block turns the objects of the order's visualization into draft lines by zone with the products picked for them. Only the lines you tick go into the estimate.
  4. Add a row without a calculator with the «Row by hand» button under the table. The «Overheads: rubbish removal, disposal, delivery» button opens the overheads from the studio norms: tick what this project needs.
  5. The «Cost» and «Client price» switch above the table changes which prices are shown in the rows. In the «Cost» view the amount the client pays for a row is written under its amount. The totals are always visible in the tiles at the top.
  6. Set the markup in the «Client price, markup» tile, a discount in «Client discount» if needed and an amount in «Client budget». The last tile shows whether the estimate came out above or below the budget.
  7. The «⋯» button at the end of a row opens a menu. «Specification» shows the row’s composition with the consumables, «All fields of the row» opens the details: the cost and the client price with their unit, the line «For the client: quantity × price = amount · cost · difference», «Whole sheets and offcuts» for a material in m², supplier, note, the «Show to the client in the estimate and quote» tick and the «Open calculation» button on a row from a calculator.
  8. On a computer the estimate takes the whole width of the screen, and the table has its own scroll: the column headings and the row names stay in place, the scrollbar is always in sight. The «Hide the calculations panel» button next to «Export» gives the table all the room, «Show the calculations panel» brings back the calculators and versions. The panel on the right stays in sight while you scroll a long estimate.
  9. While there are edits, the «There are unsaved edits» bar stays at the bottom. Click «Save estimate» or «Discard edits».
  10. To keep the whole estimate, click «Save version» in the «Versions and variants» block. Export the estimate with the «Export» button: Excel or PDF for the team or for the client.

Cost, markup, discount and budget

  • «Cost» is what the studio itself spends: materials, work and overheads by the studio's norms and prices.
  • «Client price» is calculated from the cost plus the markup. The markup ranges from 0 to 1000%. If you change the markup, the client prices of rows based on the markup are recalculated.
  • «Client discount» ranges from 0 to 50%. It is subtracted as a separate row under the client total, and the table shows «Total after discount».
  • The «Client budget» is optional and is written with thousands apart: «200 000». When it is set, the last tile says «Left in the budget» and how much can still be spent, «Exactly on budget», or «Over the budget» and by how much the estimate costs more.
  • A price nobody has entered is «no price», not zero: such a row is not included in the total, and under the «Cost» tile you can see how many such rows there are.
  • Components are for a complex row: frame, sheets, covering, print, work. For each, enter the quantity, the unit, the price per unit and the waste in percent, or the amount at once. Their sum becomes the row's cost, so the price of such a row in the table is grey and signed «the sum of the components»: it is changed in the components.
  • The «Source» column shows where a row came from: a norm with its version and status («approved», «in review», «example, not approved»), a calculator, the «Decor calculator», the «Assistant», the «Floor plan», «From Excel», a «Drawing» or «By hand».
  • A «… from norms» field of a calculator may have an «Option»: another version of the material with its own price from «Price list and norms» (for example, a banner with UV print and with solvent print). More in the article «Studio materials, works and rates».

A price for this order

  • You can change a row's price right in the estimate: in the «Cost per unit» column or in «⋯». The unit is always written next to the price, for example «₽ per m²». The price changes only in this order's estimate, the shared price list stays as it was.
  • To have the price in new orders too, set it in «Price list and norms» with «Set your price». Rows already in estimates do not change.
  • For a product from the calculator, such as «Bar counter», the cost is counted by its composition. Click «Change the norms and prices for this order» under the product composition or «⋯» at the end of the row: in the «Composition for this order, per 1 pc» block you can change the norm per 1 pc and the cost per unit of each composition line, for example of the MDF. The row's cost and the product's price are recounted at once, the composition line is marked «changed in the order», and under the product's name it says «The composition is changed for this order».
  • «Add a line to the composition» adds a line of your own to the product's composition in this order only: enter the name, the norm and the price.
  • «Recalculate» and «To the order estimate» again from the calculator count the product's composition anew by the price list, and the changes for the order are replaced. The name, the zone, the quantity and a client price typed by hand stay.
  • «Client price» changes «Total for the client» and the margin, not the cost. In the «Cost» view a row's amount is by its cost, so the client's amount is written under it separately, and «⋯» shows the whole line: «For the client: 6.496 m² × 1,449.28 ₽ = 9,414.52 ₽ · cost 4,707.26 ₽ · difference 4,707.26 ₽».

Waste allowance and whole sheets

  1. In the «Qty and waste» column enter what is needed without offcuts, for example 5.8 m² of MDF.
  2. In the «waste, %» field under the quantity enter a percent, for example 12 or 30. Below it you see «with the waste 6.496 m²»: the cost and the price of the row are counted with the waste.
  3. Click «⋯» on a row of a material in m² and choose «All fields of the row». The «Whole sheets and offcuts» block shows how many sheets that is and what is left over. The default sheet is 2800 × 2070 mm: «A sheet is 5.796 m². 6.496 m² takes sheets: 2 (11.592 m²), left over 5.096 m²». You can change the sheet size.
  4. The «Count in whole sheets» button turns the row into sheets: the quantity becomes the number of sheets, the cost the price of a sheet, and the sheet size goes into the specification.
  • The waste is from 0 to 100%. To remove it, clear the field: the quantity goes back to what is needed without offcuts.
  • Sheets are counted by the area with the waste. Long parts and joints are counted more exactly by the «Sheet material» calculator or a product with its cutting plan, such as «Bar counter».
  • A component of a row has its own waste: its amount is the quantity with the waste × the price per unit.
  • Do not confuse the waste allowance with «Order stock» at the «Installation and results» stage: that is what came back from the installation.

Specification: the row’s composition and consumables

  1. Click «⋯» at the end of a row and choose «Specification». The row’s composition opens: the frame, the banner or the print, the consumables. Each part has its quantity, unit, price per unit and amount.
  2. Consumables are added with the «Consumables to add» buttons: «Protective cover film», «Technical carpet», «Ballast weights», «Stapler staples, pack», «Self-tapping screws, pack». The price comes from the studio’s «Price list and norms»; the example’s price is conditional. The quantity and the price can be changed at once.
  3. The composition’s sum becomes the row’s cost, and a client price that follows the cost is recounted at once. If a part has no price, the whole row has «no price», never a smaller sum.
  4. On a row without a composition, its own cost becomes the first part and the consumable is added to it. «All fields of the row» in the same menu opens the section, the kind, the prices, the supplier and the note.
  5. The estimate table has a «Specification» column: what the position is made of and what is done for it, without prices, for example «Timber frame, Printed banner, Protective film». For a studio product these are its operations. A long list is folded to two lines, «more» opens it. The same column is in the Excel and PDF for the client, and the position's price is the sum of all this with the markup.

An item of the decor calculator and its installation

  • «To the order estimate» from the decor calculator puts a decor in as one row: for example «Backdrop / banner 3×2.5 m», 1 pcs, with the production sum (print, frame, materials). What it is made of shows in the «Specification» column without prices, the prices of the parts in «⋯» → «Specification».
  • The installation of all calculator positions is one row «Installation» at the bottom of the estimate, in the section «Setup and teardown», with a row «Teardown» beside it. The installation formula says how many people and hours each position takes, for example «2 people × 4 h (Backdrop 3×2.5 m) + 2 people × 6 h (Backdrop 5×2.5 m) = 20 person-hours».
  • One crew installs the positions: as many people as in the largest crew of the positions, the hours add up, and the studio's minimum shift is paid once per order. With fewer hours the installation gets «Top-up to the minimum shift». The crew's installation has no studio markup.
  • Under the «Installation» row there is «Crew by position»: the people, hours and hourly rate of each position can be changed right in the estimate, and the installation, the dismantling and the total recount at once. Remove a position and its hours leave the installation; change its quantity and the installation counts it that many times.
  • A position installed on the venue has «Disposal after the event» (5% of production) in its composition, and its dismantling (half of its installation at the hours worked) in the «Teardown» row, unless a line of the calculation counts the dismantling itself. The amounts can be changed in «Specification», and turned off with the «After the event» boxes before «To the order estimate».
  • Estimates where a decor came in as several rows earlier («Backdrop 3×2.5 m: Timber frame», «…: Installation») are assembled by themselves when you open the estimate: each position becomes one row and their installation goes into «Installation» at the bottom. The quantities and prices of the rows are kept, and assembling adds no new sums (disposal, dismantling). The earlier look is kept as the version «Before assembling positions»: restore it in «Versions».
  • Pressing «To the order estimate» again updates the position and the installation. The position's quantity, the consumables added in «Specification» and the amounts you changed there stay. If a norm of the position has a new version, the position shows «The norm has a new version»: to recount it, press «To the order estimate» in the calculator again.

Delivery, removal, disposal and teardown

  • Under the rows of a production order’s estimate four lines are always in sight: «Delivery», «Removal», «Disposal» and «Teardown». If the estimate has a row or a part of a composition with that word, the line says how many there are and what they cost.
  • An empty line is grey and says «not counted»; it adds nothing to the total: it is a reminder, not a zero. The button beside it opens what counts it: «Count the delivery» opens the «Logistics and travel» calculator, «Count the dismantling» the «Crew» calculator, «Add the removal» and «Add the disposal» the overheads dialog with the norm ticked.
  • «Nothing forgotten?» has a new reminder, «No disposal after the event». It can be turned off in «Order rules».

Tax, commission and rounding

  • The «Tax, commission and rounding» block appears under the tiles when the studio has the single money model switched on (we switch it on studio by studio). The same totals are shown in «Documents → Estimate», in Excel and in PDF.
  • Pick the tax from the list: «Not subject to VAT», «Simplified tax with VAT» 5 or 7%, «VAT» 22% (also 20, 10 and 0%) or the former «Tax, % on top (as before)». The «VAT already in the prices («included»)» checkbox does not add VAT to the total, it shows how much of it is inside.
  • Example: 1 000 000 ₽ excluding VAT with 22% VAT on top give 1 220 000 ₽ including VAT. With «included», 1 220 000 ₽ already hold 220 000 ₽ of VAT.
  • The simplified 6% tax without VAT is never added for the client. Set it in «Studio markups» as the tax load: it is part of the cost and the margin and only the team sees it, like the contingency reserve.
  • The agency commission «As a separate line» is shown to the client after the estimate discount. «Inside the line prices» hides it in the prices: the client sees only the prices, the team sees «Agency commission inside the prices» and the «To the agency» sum. The «To the agency» sum is the same in both modes.
  • The order of the calculation: the line discount, the commission inside the prices and the rounding of line prices, then the «Summary» markup, the estimate discount, the commission as a line, the rounding of the total and the tax. Every sum is rounded to the kopeck.
  • «Price rounding» to 1, 100 or 1000 ₽ comes from «Studio markups», an estimate can pick its own. «The price of each line» rounds only prices that follow the cost, «Estimate total» adds a «Rounding» line. «No rounding» turns the studio rounding off for this estimate only.
  • The cost counts only lines where it is given. Lines without a cost are not part of it or of the margin, their number is shown under the calculation.
  • A saved version keeps its tax and its total: the export of a version does not change if you change the tax or the markups later. «Restore» and «Variant for the budget» bring back the version's tax, commission and rounding, so the total matches it. Versions saved before the model was switched on export as before.
  • Under the estimate table in client prices, «Lines total» counts only the lines the client sees, with the line discounts, and «Total for the client» matches the «Client price, markup» tile and the block's total. The orders list and the order card show the same client price. In the internal Excel and PDF, lines hidden from the client are marked «not for the client» and stay out of the section sums.

Taxes in the estimate’s total

  • The end of the estimate table has the «Taxes» line: which tax is chosen and its sum, for example «Taxes: VAT 22%». The «Set up the tax» button leads to the «Tax, commission and rounding» block.
  • If no tax mode is chosen, the row says so: choose VAT, the simplified tax or «Not subject to VAT».
  • If the studio's single money model is not on, the «Taxes» row has the box «Count the tax». While it is clear, the estimate's totals do not change. Tick it and choose the tax: «VAT 22%», «VAT 5%», «Simplified tax 6%», «Simplified tax 15% (income minus expenses)» or «Own percent», and how to count it: «on top of the price» or «included».
  • «On top of the price»: the tax amount and the row «Total with tax» appear under the total. «Included»: the tax is shown inside the total, the total itself does not grow. The simplified tax of 15% is counted on the difference between the client's price and the cost. The same goes into the Excel and PDF for the client.
  • Set it for new estimates in «Studio order rules» → «Tax in the estimate by default». It can be changed in the estimate itself and is saved with the estimate.

Studio markups and prices by markups

  • The «Studio markups» button opens the multipliers per category: materials, works, subcontract, purchases and other, rental, installation, logistics, overheads. A ×2 multiplier means the client price is twice the cost. An empty category uses the estimate's markup in percent.
  • A line takes its category from its type: material, work, overheads, rental, other. Another category is picked in the line details, where «Line discount, %» is set too.
  • A price typed by hand is marked and no longer changes with the cost. If it is below the recommended one, «Price below the recommended one» appears under the line name. «Back to the markup price» in the line details counts it from the cost again. A price changed in «Documents → Estimate» becomes typed by hand too.
  • «Prices by markups» recounts by the studio multipliers the prices of all lines that follow the cost. Example: materials ×3, works ×1.6 and a 10% discount give the same sum as the technologist's Excel sheet.
  • Only the studio owner can change the studio markups. The order editors see the owner's markups, the ones the order's estimate is counted with. If two people save at the same time, the second one is asked to open the window again, the first one's edits are kept.

Versions and variants for the budget

  • «Save version» stores the whole estimate under a name, for example «after the call with the client». New versions are at the top, and the open one is highlighted.
  • «Compare» shows which rows were added, removed and changed between a version and the working estimate.
  • «Open» takes you back to a version. If the working estimate had edits, it is first saved as a separate version.
  • «Variant for the budget» copies a saved version into the working estimate: change materials to fit the client's budget while the original version stays as it was. A variant is built only from a saved version, so save at least one first.

Variants and options of a row for the quote

An estimate row can have variants and options the client chooses in the quote: «Timber» or «Metal», «lighting can be added». Open the row's details and click «Variants and options for the quote». For a studio product AURA counts the other values of its parameters, products of the same size and the template's options with the difference in money.

The estimate's total counts only what the row holds now. The «variants» chip of the row opens the same window. These are not «Variants for the budget»: those copy the whole estimate, while a row's variants live in one row and the client chooses them by the quote's link.

A counted variant or option is taken out of the choice with «Remove» and «Save variants». Until you save, the dialog says how many are taken out, and with no variant or option left «Save variants» takes them off the row.

Studio products in the estimate

  • A product of «Studio products» comes from the decor calculator with «To the order estimate» as one row in the chosen zone. The «Source» column says «Product» with the product version, for example «Product v2».
  • The «Product composition» button under the row opens the groups and lines of the composition per 1 pc. The product's sizes and options are changed in the calculator: «To the order estimate» again updates the row, while the title, zone, quantity and a price typed by hand stay. The norm and the price of a composition line for this order only are changed right in the estimate, as the «A price for this order» section describes.
  • A member without prices sees the product title, sizes and quantity, without the composition and money.
  • The «Nothing forgotten?» block sits to the right of the rows: it reminds you of what the estimate lacks (installation, teardown, delivery, packing, storage) and adds nothing by itself. Installation by shifts, trucks and overheads by the products are counted in the «Installation and logistics» tool.
  • If a composition line has no price, the calculator prices the product by the counted lines. The product's cost in the estimate is the same: only the counted lines are in it, and «Source» reads «Product v2 · not all counted». Under the cost you see «products not fully costed», and the «Send quote» window warns that the margin is overstated. Add the price in «Price list and norms» and press «To the order estimate» again.

From a visualization to the estimate

  • The «Calculate and add» block has a «From a visualization» button. It takes a finished visualization of the order, or a frame the order received from the visual project, and breaks it into items by zone.
  • First come the objects the visualization wizard placed, then the objects added to the frame later. An item's zone comes from the frame's zone («Bar», «Stage», «Photo zone») and can be changed.
  • For each item AURA picks a product from your library by the product's name and synonyms and shows the confidence: «Exact», «Likely» or «No product». You can change the product in the list, the next suitable ones come first. Prices are counted only by the product's formula, the AI never makes them up.
  • Sizes from the picture are marked «approx.»: they come from the catalog of the object or from its share of the frame and the venue's measurements. Check them and tick «Sizes are correct». If the picture gives no sizes, the product's default sizes are set. Required parameters without a value have to be filled in.
  • An item without a suitable product goes in as a «count by hand» line: without a price («no price», not 0), with a note.
  • Only the lines ticked «Transfer to the estimate» go in. The «To the estimate: N» button puts the products in the same way as «To the order estimate» from the decor calculator: one row with its composition, and the calculation is saved in the order's calculator.
  • Transferring the same visualization again updates the same rows instead of adding new ones: the title, the zone and a price typed by hand stay. A «count by hand» line already in the estimate is left as it is. If a product could not be counted (for example, a size beyond the price table), the window names the reason and the line does not go into the estimate.

Recalculation and furniture from the floor plan

  • Estimates remember the norm version each row was calculated with, and products also their product version. If a norm gets a new version, a product material gets a new price, a new product version comes out or a drawing changes, a bar with the reason and a «Recalculate» button appears above the table.
  • «Recalculate» first opens the «Estimate recalculation» window: which rows change, the cost and the client price per unit before and after, the client total before and after. The estimate changes only after «Apply the recalculation», and a client price typed by hand stays. If prices changed while the window was open, AURA does not apply other numbers: the window shows the new difference, check it and click «Apply the recalculation» again. Rows that cannot be recalculated here, check yourself and clear the flag with «Mark as recalculated» in the row details.
  • If the project's floor plan has furniture that is not in the estimate, a «Furniture from the floor plan» button with the number of items appears on the right. Click it to add them as rows.

Export for the team and for the client

  • «Excel for the team» and «PDF for the team»: cost, client price and the source of each row. This is for printing and discussing in the studio.
  • «Excel for the client» and «PDF for the client»: client prices only, without the cost and hidden rows. You can hide a row from the client by clearing the «Show to the client in the estimate and the offer» checkbox.
  • The Excel file follows the production table: «Name», «Description (W×D×H)», «Specification», «Qty», «Price», «Amount», rows by section with subtotals, the grand total, the discount as a separate row and the amount due.
  • In the Excel file for the team a studio product is one row, and under it, indented, its composition per 1 pc by group: quantity, price per unit and amount. In the client file the product is one row without the composition and the cost.
  • A row without a price is shown as «no price» in the file, and as «price to be confirmed» in the client file.

Quick estimate: by a rate and by an analog

  1. In the «Estimate» tool, in the «Faster» block on the right, press «Quick estimate».
  2. «By a rate»: choose a rate, for example «Podium at a rate per m²», enter the sizes and press «Count». The client price, the cost by the library's rate and the margin are shown.
  3. «By an analog»: find an earlier order of the studio by its title, client or number, tick the rows and choose how to scale: by area, by length or by a factor. A row in m², m or running metres changes its quantity, a row in pieces changes its price.
  4. Set the order zone and press «Add to the estimate». The row gets the «rough» mark, and its hint tells which rate or which order it was counted by.
  5. Once the client is interested, count the item in detail (a product, a calculator) and press «Counted in detail» in the row details to remove the mark. In the Excel file for the team such rows say «rough»; the client sees an ordinary row.

Repeat an order at today's prices

  1. In a new order, in the «Estimate» tool, press «Repeat an order» and find an earlier order of the studio.
  2. Press «Count again»: AURA shows every row as it was and as it is now, the client total and the cost before and after. Products count by today's version and library prices, calculator rows by today's norms, norm rows by the norm's current version.
  3. Rows typed by hand keep the earlier order's price and are marked «price of the earlier order». A row that could not be recounted also keeps its earlier price, with the reason.
  4. Press «Add to the estimate». If the prices changed while you were looking at the difference, AURA shows it again. The earlier order does not change; actuals and payments are not copied.

Checking the estimate against Excel

  1. Press «Check the estimate against Excel» in the «Faster» block.
  2. Copy this order's estimate from your Excel: the item name and the sum; the «Total» line becomes the total. Choose what to compare: the cost or the client price. The default tolerance is ±5%.
  3. Press «Compare». Every Excel line is matched with estimate rows by names and zones, and a wrong pair can be chosen by hand. The top shows whether the total is within the tolerance.
  4. «Copy the table» copies the table of differences for a team card. Nothing is saved.

Beta: open to everyone

  • The «Estimate» is part of «Production» and since 4 October 2026 is available to every account, no invitation needed. An AURA administrator can close the module again to everyone except invited people on the «Beta access» tab: if you do not see the tool, contact support.
  • The tool is visible only to the project owner and editors, because the estimate contains the studio's cost. Commenters, readers and the client do not see it.
  • Spotted a mistake or something missing? Click «Beta feedback» next to the heading: the AURA team will see the feedback together with the page address.

Good to know

  • This estimate and the estimate on the «Documents» tab share the same rows: an edit in one place shows up in the other.
  • If another member saved the estimate at the same time, AURA tells you who it was, for example «Misha changed the estimate», and your edits stay on the screen. Click «Load the current estimate» and enter them again.
  • Adding a calculation, saving a version and recalculating first save your unsaved edits.
  • Adding the same calculation, helper reading or Excel file again updates the same rows instead of duplicating them.
  • Line prices exclude VAT unless «included» VAT is picked in the «Tax, commission and rounding» block. If you leave the estimate page with unsaved edits, AURA asks you to confirm.

Frequently asked questions

  • How is this estimate different from the estimate in «Documents»? The rows are shared. The «Estimate» tool adds the cost, markup, calculators, versions and production exports, while «Documents» is where the plan, actuals and payments are kept.
  • Why did the total here differ from «Documents» before? The order estimate counted all lines without the «Summary» markup and tax, while «Documents» counted only the client's lines with them. With the single money model both screens, Excel and PDF give one total.
  • Why is the total not equal to the sum of the rows? Rows with «no price» are not included in the total, and the discount is subtracted as a separate row.
  • Why is a row marked «example, not approved»? Its consumption or price comes from an example norm. Approve the norm in the «Price list and norms» section, and new calculations will have no mark. Update the row in the estimate: «⋯» at the end of the row, «All fields of the row», «Open calculation» and «Add to the estimate».
  • How is a quick estimate different from «Count what can be counted»? «Count what can be counted» reads the brief and counts everything given in numbers with the calculators. A quick estimate gives one price by a rate or by an earlier order without a composition and marks the row «rough».
  • Why can't I change the MDF price in the estimate? The MDF is in a product's composition or has become a component of a row: then the cost is counted from the composition, and the price field in the table is grey. Click «⋯», choose «Specification» and change the price in the composition line or the component. On a separate MDF row you can type the price right in the «Cost per unit» column.
  • I changed the client price, but the amount in the table did not change. Why? The «Cost» view is open: a row's amount there is by its cost. The client's amount is written under it and in «⋯», the total is in the «Client price, markup» tile. Switch the view to «Client price» to see the client's amounts in the table.
  • How do I account for sheet offcuts? Enter a percent in the «waste, %» field, for example 30. The quantity and the cost grow by that percent, and «⋯» shows how many whole sheets to buy and what is left over.

The production estimate on the phone

Open a production order and «Production estimate». Cost and client price are shown separately. A line is easiest to edit in a form: section, name, quantity, unit, price composition, markup and discount. An unknown cost is different from a zero one.

The automatic client price follows the markup, while a manual price is kept. You can add work and overheads from the norms, import the plan's missing products and recalculate dependent lines. The norm statuses help you tell an example from a verified value. «Count the tax» switches on VAT 22% or 5%, simplified tax 6% or 15%, or your own percentage, on top or included; at the end of the estimate the «Taxes» row shows the tax and its amount.

Edits stay on the phone until «Save changes». If the web version has already changed, the app keeps a local draft and offers to load the current estimate. The production estimate and the ordinary estimate use the common project data; the schedule is saved separately from the editable lines.

In the versions section you can save a snapshot, compare options, restore the chosen one or build an option for a budget. Before restoring and before exporting, your working changes are saved.

A file import first opens a preliminary list: check the lines and specify whether the prices refer to cost or to the client. PDF and Excel are saved through the phone's menu. Before exporting, choose the internal or the client version to pass on the right set of data.
