Visualizations: find a piece of work and carry on

The «Visualizations» page holds all your visualizations: ready, in progress and failed. Find the one you need by name, tag or project, open it, retouch it, show it to the client or move it to a project.

How to use it

  1. Open «All tools» (on a computer through the menu under your avatar, on a phone through «More» at the bottom) and in the «Lists across all projects» group choose «Visualizations». The visualizations of one project are also in the project itself: on the «Look» step click «Choose the main one» or «Change» on the «Main visualization» card (it appears when the project has a ready one; if you cannot create, the button there is «Open visualizations»). The project's list also has «Create visualization» at the top.
  2. Find a piece of work in the «Name, tag or project» field and with the «Project» and «Status» filters («All», «Ready», «In progress», «With an error»). To the right of the filters it says how many visualizations were found. On a phone the filters open with the «Filters» button.
  3. Open a card: a ready one opens on the result page, and one that is still in progress shows how the creation is going.
  4. The «⋯» menu on a card: «Open», «Retouch» and «Show the client» (for ready ones), «Rename and tags», «Move to a project» and «Delete». The name, tags and project help you search for your materials later.
  5. «Create visualization» at the top of the page opens the «Visualize the hall» screen. If you started from a project, the new visualization is saved into that project.

Good to know

  • Projects group pieces of work by event. With the directions on and Floristry open to you, the list of all visualizations follows the direction: Design has no floristry collages, Floristry shows only the collages and the frames with the «Floristry» section. The list of one project shows everything. The personal library of materials («My templates») keeps sources you reuse.
  • On a card «★ Main» marks the variant the project shows first (you choose it on the result page), «In progress» shows the percentage done, and «Error» means the generation did not work.
  • If the list fails to load, click «Retry». If a search found nothing, click «Reset». An empty list under a different account does not mean your earlier work was deleted.
  • A card with an error shows the reason and has the «Retry» and «Contact support» buttons. «Retry» starts the same generation again and charges it once: a failed attempt does not count against the limit.
  • To delete a visualization, click «⋯» on the card, choose «Delete» and confirm with «Delete». All variants and results are deleted with no way back.
  • If you only have view access, the card says «View only» and has no «⋯» menu. A project client sees only the list with the note «This is what has been opened to you».
  • If you have lists of products from partner sites, «From partner sites» appears in the «⋯» menu at the top of the page. In a project where you can create visualizations, «Take from saved» stands there too, if «My templates» has venues or drafts.

History on the phone

In the mobile app, «My visualizations» supports search by name and tags, including the #tag form. Tapping a tag starts a search. The «In progress» filter includes waiting and running jobs. Pull the list down to refresh.

Through the ellipsis on a card you can change the name and tags if you have edit rights. Deleting is available to the owner and requires confirmation. When rights change, the app first checks fresh data.

If loading the next page failed, the earlier cards stay and a retry button appears. A failed image opens the result screen with its ways to continue. The create button keeps the current composition draft.
