Your first order in 10 minutes: the training order

How to open the training order

1. Choose «Production» and open «Orders».
2. Click «Continue» in the «Studio onboarding» strip and click «Open the training order» in the steps. If there are no orders yet, the same button stands under the empty list.
3. AURA makes the order «Training order: a 3 m bar counter» for the client «Example» with a brief, a mounting date in two weeks and a ready estimate, and opens it at once.
4. A strip «Step 1 of 6» appears over the order's page. It says what to look at and what to click, «Next» leads to the next step and «Back» returns to the previous one.

• A studio has one training order. Clicking «Open the training order» again opens the same order, and the strip goes on from the step where you stopped.
• The button is there when the estimate or the products of Production are open to you: without them there is nothing to learn on.

Six steps

1. «Read the brief»: the client's brief is in the order's passport on the «Overview»: the size of the counter, the materials and the finish, the mounting and the budget from 200,000 to 250,000 ₽. In a real order the brief's files go to the «Order files» block.
2. «Look at the estimate»: the estimate already has materials and work from the price list examples with prices. The MDF and the PVC substrate have a waste allowance, and «⋯» of the row shows how many whole sheets that is. Change the quantity, the waste or the price in a row and see how the cost and the client price change.
3. «Count the counter in the calculator»: on the «Studio products» tile click «Take from the product library» and choose «Bar counter (example)», set the length to 3000 mm, the finish «Printed film on a PVC substrate» and click «To the order estimate». The row with the price goes to the «Products» section, and the training row without a price can be deleted.
4. «Look at the quote»: click «Preview quote», on the right you see the quote as the client would see it.
5. «Hand the task to the workshop»: «Workshop task» shows what to make and by when, without prices. Click «Hand to the workshop».
6. «Add an expense to „Actual“»: add one expense, for example buying MDF, and compare the plan with the actuals. Then click «Done, training order completed».

• The training counter is described as one variant: the front and sides of MDF, a plastic PVC substrate over the MDF and a printed film with the logo and lamination, lighting, the client's budget from 200,000 to 250,000 ₽. The brief, the estimate, the calculator and the steps' hints count the same counter.
• A step whose tool you do not have is skipped by the strip: then there are fewer than six steps.
• You can also open a tool from the order's row of stages: the strip moves to its step by itself.
• «Hide the steps» folds the strip into one line, «Show the steps» brings it back. This browser remembers where you stopped.

How the training order differs from a real one

The training order is marked «Training» in the list, on the board and in the order's header. Every tool works in it as in a real order.

It takes no order number of the studio, does not count in the steps of «Studio onboarding» or in the pilot's figures, and «By analog» does not offer it.

The quote of a training order never goes to a client: «Preview quote» stands instead of «Send quote», the window shows the quote, and the send button is off.

The training order is made for free.

How to delete the training order

1. Open the training order and click «⋯» in the order's header.
2. Choose «Delete the training order» and confirm. After the last step the same button is in the strip of steps.

• The training order is deleted at once, with its estimate, quote and everything you did in it. There is no trash.
• You can go through it again at any time: «Open the training order» makes a new one. You can also keep the order as an example, it gets in the way of nothing.
