Library: five parts and the AURA Gallery
The «Library» gathers in one place everything you can take into a project: the «Catalog» of products, «Frame styles», the «AURA Gallery» with frames and venues of other people, «Items in 3D» and your «My templates». This article explains how the library is arranged and covers the «AURA Gallery»: concepts that people allowed to publish, 3D models, venues and element packs.

What the library consists of
The «Library» opens with the word of the same name in the header (on a phone, a cell of the bottom bar). At the top of the page is one row of five parts: «Catalog», «Frame styles», «AURA Gallery», «Items in 3D» and «My templates». The last two are visible after sign-in. On a phone the row becomes a list «Section: …». After sign-in, under the heading there is a «Visualizations» link: it leads to the list of all your visualizations.
The row of parts also stands on «Items in 3D» and on the cards opened from a part: an item of the catalog, a frame style, an author page of the gallery. The part the page belongs to is highlighted, and the link above the row («Back to the catalog», «Back to frame styles», «Back to AURA Gallery») returns to its list.
- «Catalog»: products of rental companies with a photo and a rental price, search, filters and the «Use in visualization» button (the article about the catalog).
- «Frame styles»: presets of the light, colour and mood of a frame with a palette (the article about frame styles).
- «AURA Gallery»: what other people have published: frames, venues and element packs (this article).
- «Items in 3D»: your 3D models of furniture and decor. Ready-made models of other studios are in the «AURA Gallery»: «Add furniture» → «From the AURA gallery» (the article about items in 3D).
- «My templates»: your saved venues, plans and drafts, formerly «Saved work» (the article about templates).
- Pages that used to stand apart now live inside the library: «Purchases and sales» opens from the «My purchases and sales» link in the «AURA Gallery», rental requests from the «My rental inquiries» link in the «Catalog». The word «Library» in the header is highlighted on all of these pages, and the old addresses work.
- A guest sees the first three parts. In the «Floristry» mode the «Catalog» is called «Catalog for florists» and opens without the row of parts; the «Whole catalog» button returns to the general one.
How to use the AURA Gallery
- Open «Library» → «AURA Gallery». On the «Frames» tab, type a venue name in the search to the right of the heading if you are looking for a particular place.
- Look at the frames: each shows the number of guests and a date. Press «Use as a starting point» to keep working on a copy in your own account. A guest sees «Sign in to use a frame as a starting point» and a «Sign in» button instead.
- Refine your own brief and materials before creating a new version.
- To publish your own frame, open the visualization result and in the «Do more with this» menu («More» on a phone) choose «Publish to the AURA Gallery». You can unpublish it in the same place: «Remove from the AURA Gallery».
Items in 3D → «From the AURA gallery»: ready-made product models
Ready-made verified models from other studios (chairs, tables, sofas, podiums, arches, decor, lighting, textiles, floristry and more) are in the «AURA Gallery». The section used to be a beta and is now open to everyone. It opens from «Items in 3D» → «Add furniture» → «From the AURA gallery»; above the list there is a switch between «My items» and «From the AURA gallery».
- Open «Library» → «Items in 3D», press «Add furniture» and choose «From the AURA gallery».
- Choose a category and, if needed, open «Dimensions, mm» and set the width, depth and height from and to. Search by name, tag or manufacturer. You can pick the order: «New» or «Added more often».
- Press «View» to rotate the model and read the author's terms, or go straight to «Add to my models». The model appears in «Items in 3D» marked «From the library».
- You can download GLB and SketchUp files only for models with the «With GLB download» term, and only after adding.
- You publish your own verified model from «Items in 3D»: open it and press «Publish in the library».
- Adding does not use your limit of builds from photos and does not copy the file. If the author unpublishes the model, you keep it.
- The «Report» button in the model window sends a report to the moderator. Publications that violate rights are removed, and where needed from those who have already added the model.
- The files of gallery models, including paid ones and ones with the «Only in AURA» term, are stored privately: AURA serves them only to those who added or bought the model, after sign-in. There is no public link to a file.
The «Venues» tab
The «Venues» tab (beside «Frames» above the list) appears if the library marketplace is open for the account. On it other studios sell venues they have already photographed and measured: photos from different angles, measurements and a floor plan with the structure and, if the author added them, the underlay drawing and the author's arrangement. A bought venue goes straight to «My templates». You can also find a ready venue plan right in the plan editor with «Find a venue in the library».
- How to buy a venue and how to put your own up is described in detail in the help about purchases and sales, the «Venues: photos, measurements and a floor plan» section. How to take a venue plan in the plan editor is in the same article, the «A ready venue plan in the plan editor» section.
The «Elements» tab
The «Elements» tab appears if the account has the library marketplace and the «Floristry collage» open (the collage has been open to everyone since 8 October 2026). On it studios sell packs of cut-out flowers, greenery and vessels for the collage. A bought pack appears right away in the «Bought» tab of the collage editor.
- How to buy a pack and how to assemble and sell your own is described in the help about purchases and sales, the «Element packs for the collage» section.
Good to know
- Publishing does not give access to the project team, source files or all of your work.
- To simply save material for yourself, you do not need to publish: there is «My templates», the personal part of the library (formerly «Saved work»). Only you see it.
- A new version does not mean a free generation: your account's terms apply.
- Frames in the «AURA Gallery» do not show the author's name, only the number of guests and a date. For 3D models the author is shown: a studio or the name they gave when publishing; e-mail and phone are not shown.
Community from the phone
In the mobile app, open «AURA community» from the studio. Search public images by venue, open a card and create a separate personal version. Other people's source photos and request are not included in such a copy, and your current draft is kept.
Authors' materials are obtained separately: free sets are added without a charge, while paid ones are bought with the pendants you have after the price is confirmed. What you bought earlier can be restored. Received materials do not replace the current composition of the image.
The 3D tab is available by beta invitation. You can check the image, sizes and the author's terms, set up filters, add a free model or buy a paid one with pendants. A model available after issuing supports rotating and zooming. The terms for working only in AURA or for downloading are kept.
- If the personal copy is no longer available, the app checks it and offers to confirm the creation of a new one separately. If the server's reply is unclear, a repeat copy is not created automatically.
- In the 3D library beta, an available model can be rotated and zoomed right in the card. Viewing does not add the model to the personal library and does not change the terms of use.
- If the price changes, the app asks you to confirm the new terms. If the purchase reply was lost, a separate check uses the saved request. This is not a repeat top-up of the wallet with money.
