Catalog: finding items and choosing them for a concept

The «Catalog» is the first part of the «Library»: products of rental companies with photos, parameters and a rental price.

How to use it

  1. Open «Library» → «Catalog». In the row of tools type a name in the «Find a product» search, choose an order in the «Sort» list («Default», «Cheaper first», «More expensive first», «By name» or «By popularity») and press «Filters».
  2. In the «Filters» choose a category (the most filled are open, the rest under «More N»), set the price per day «From» and «Before», tick «Sets only» or «In stock». The number on the «Filters» button shows how many conditions are on, «Reset filters» clears them all. On a phone «Filters» stands beside the list of sections, and the sort is inside the «Filters» window.
  3. Open a product card and look at the photos, sizes, description and company.
  4. Press «Use in visualization» on the card to open «Create» with this item. The «⋯» menu («Do more with this») adds it to a kit with «Add to kit». Added items show «In your kit» on their cards. The «Your kit» bar at the bottom of the catalog shows the number of items and the total rental price per day. «Create a visualization from the kit», in this bar or on the item page, carries all items into a visualization. On a phone, «Use in visualization» is also in the menu.
  5. For a real rental, send a request from a finished visualization («Do more with this» → «Request rental») and agree the terms with the rental company. Your requests are visible by the «My rental inquiries» link in the catalog's row of tools; on a phone, next to the number of items (after sign-in).

Good to know

  • The «per day» price is not a confirmed order total with delivery and extra services.
  • Adding to a concept or to a kit does not reserve the item. Availability and dates are confirmed separately.
  • A product that is out of stock has an «Out of stock» label on its card; the «In stock» filter hides such products.
  • The «Set» label on a card means several products in one offer; the «Sets only» filter shows only those.
  • The list loads with the «Load more» button; next to it you can see how many products are shown out of how many.
  • In the «Floristry» mode the catalog is called «Catalog for florists» (stands for compositions and floristry equipment) and opens without the row of parts; the «Whole catalog» button returns to the general one.
