Photos, PDFs, products and templates on the board
You can collect materials from the project, the catalog and your own templates on the board, and add files.

How to use it
- Click «+ Add» on the tool rail and open the tab you need in the «Add to board» panel. Photos and files are in the «Photos and files» tab (the parts «Upload file», «From the project» and «Project visualizations»), catalog products in the «Products» tab, and the studio's saved frames and palettes in the «My templates» tab. The studio's venues and the ones bought in the library are in «Photos and files» → «From the project».
- Click the add action next to the chosen material. You can upload your own file in the «Photos and files» tab → «Upload file», with the «Add a photo of the hall» button on an empty board or the «Photo» button on a phone, or drag a file onto the canvas.
- For an image, set its purpose: venue, item or reference. This helps use it correctly in a generation.
- Select the added object and check its settings. An image has the actions the editor provides, including cropping and background removal.
- A PDF can be paged through inside the card; opening the document lets you look at the pages closely.
Your own and bought venues
- Click «+ Add», open «Photos and files» and choose «From the project». At the top is the «Studio venues» section: the venues from «My templates», saved from a visualization result or added in the wizard.
- Below is the «Bought in the library» section marked «Bought»: the venues you bought in the Library. The «AURA templates» section with ready halls comes last.
- Click a venue and it goes on the board, into the selected frame if a frame is selected. The «With a plan» mark means its layout plan comes along with the venue.
- To find a venue by name, type it in the search field and press «Find». The «Find in the library» link opens the «Venues» section of the Library, where you can buy a new one. If the Library with purchases is not open to you, the link «Open «My templates»» stands in its place.
- Only your studio's venues are shown. An archived venue does not appear on the board, and a venue already on the board stays there even if it is later removed from «My templates».
- AURA copies the photo of your own venue to the board's storage once, so putting the same venue again is quick.
- If the frame has no layout plan of its own, «Visualization from frame» takes the venue's plan. A plan put into the frame by hand wins.
Good to know
- A venue photo sets the space, while a reference conveys a wish about the atmosphere. An item photo is needed for a specific piece. Do not use one in place of another.
- Background removal makes sense for a single item. Check the result along the outline and in fine details.
- The file must meet the requirements shown in the upload window. An upload error means the material has not been added yet.
- Adding a product to the board does not reserve it with the supplier.
Board files on the phone
Images and documents are chosen in the phone's system window. The pages of a document are added as separate materials. A photo can be rotated and cropped, and then the crop can be reset.
The whole board or a frame can be saved through the system menu as SVG, PNG, JPEG or PDF. If an image is unavailable, the export reports an error so that a file with an empty picture is not handed out.
Your own frames and palettes on the phone
A saved frame or palette can be added to your personal library and applied on another board. Finished visualizations inside a frame become references. Built-in templates are chosen by category and search; the preview does not change the board.
PNG and JPEG are limited by the physical size of the image even before the snapshot is made. This helps to save large boards on phones with a high screen density.
