Create a visualization from a frame

AURA uses the materials of the selected frame as the brief for a visualization.

How to use it

  1. Gather the venue photo, the items and the wishes in a frame. Specify the purpose of the images. A hand sketch in the frame sets the composition: where things stand (the article «Hand sketch and a photorealistic picture from a frame», section «A photorealistic picture from a sketch»).
  2. Select the frame: a dark bar appears above it. Click «Visualization from frame» and check what goes into the brief.
  3. Adjust the settings, including «Table shape». The price of the visualization is shown above the «Create» button: check it and click «Create». Wait until processing is finished.
  4. Check the variants you get: the items, their quantity, the perspective and how well they match the wishes.

Table shape

  • The «Create visualization» window (the «Visualization from frame» button) has a «Table shape» field: «Auto», «Round», «Rectangular», «Square», «Oval» and «Serpentine». The chosen shape applies to all guest tables.
  • «Auto» reads the plan, the notes, the captions of references and the names of products in the frame. The words «round tables» or «round tablecloth» give round tables, and under the field you see what AURA found: «Read from the frame: round».
  • If the frame names different shapes or none, AURA takes the shape from the plan: a circle on the plan means a round table. A shape chosen by hand wins over captions and the plan.
  • The colour or photo of a tablecloth does not set the table shape. For a tablecloth to tell the shape, caption it, for example «Round tablecloth», or choose «What it is» → «Table or tablecloth» for the reference.

What the reference is and how tall

  • Select a reference with the purpose «Specific product» and open «Object parameters». In «What it is» choose «Product or decor», «Table or tablecloth», «Tableware and glasses», «Table setting textile» or «Flowers». «Auto» recognises a tablecloth by its caption.
  • Tableware and table setting textile are set the same at every place, with the colour and shape of the photo. Two identical glasses do not turn into different ones.
  • In «Height, cm» give the height of the product from 1 to 500 cm. For flowers without a height AURA keeps the arrangement within 35 cm above the table so that guests can see each other.

Chairs, place settings and night light from the plan

  • When the frame has a floor plan, AURA counts the tables and the chairs at each table on it and passes them as numbers, for example «6 round tables with exactly 10 chairs at each». When the plan draws no chairs, the number comes from the guest and table counts of the window (the guests are split evenly between the tables) or from words like «tables for 10 guests» in a note.
  • The chairs face their own table, evenly spaced all the way round. A table keeps the shape of the plan as one piece: no extra bulges, rounded add-ons or joined tables.
  • The chosen plates, glasses, napkins and napkin rings are required at every seat and identical at all seats. A tablecloth and a table centrepiece go on every table when the number of tables is known from the window or from the plan.
  • For a night frame write «night», «evening» or «night lighting» in a note or in the wishes. The frame comes out at night even if the venue photo was taken by day: a dark sky in the windows, the hall's fixtures and candles on the tables lit. The word «party» does not switch the night on.
  • Materials look real: fabric, wood, metal, glass and porcelain without a plastic sheen. Flowers follow contemporary floristry: light, natural, in low vases.
  • The check of the finished frame compares the same things: the chairs at each table, extra parts of tables, chairs turned sideways, the place settings and the night light. If something is wrong, AURA redoes the frame once by itself. Still compare the result with the plan.

Good to know

  • The brief is run for the selected frame. Do not assume that material outside it is included automatically.
  • The right to edit the board and the right to spend generations are different. An editor needs a limit from the owner, and the project needs an available budget.
  • A drawing on the canvas or a technical plan does not guarantee that every item in the visualization is accurate. Check the finished result.
  • If the frame holds a studio venue or one bought in the library and it has a plan, while the frame has no plan of its own, the visualization follows the venue's plan. A plan put into the frame wins over the venue's plan.
  • The quantity on a catalogue product card goes into the visualization: the image shows this many.
  • The tableware and textile of a set are set at every place in full. If a piece of the set does not get a photo of its own, AURA draws it from the set description. Select the finished visualization card in the frame: in «Object parameters» the «Sets in the image» block shows what was drawn from the description and what did not fit.
  • The sketches of a frame that go to the visualization count together with the design references (everything that is not «Specific product»): at most 4 in all, and they count toward the frame's limit of photos of products and goods. If AURA says «Leave up to 4 design references» or «Reduce the set», remove an extra reference or clear the sketch's «Use in the visualization from the frame» checkbox.

Generating from a frame on the phone

Save the board, choose a frame and open its parameters. The «Create visualization from frame» command gathers the venue, items, references, plan and notes.

Check the number of guests and the other parameters, then the composition and the cost. Starting requires a separate confirmation. A card with the status and the finished image will appear on the board.

If the outcome is unknown, check the board first. The recovery command uses the same start and composition; do not create a new request until the outcome of the previous one is checked.
