Beta feedback: report a bug or an idea

The beta modules of «Production» are marked «Beta». Next to the label is the «Beta feedback» button: a short note goes to the AURA team together with the page and the module version.

How to use it

  1. On the screen of a module labeled «Beta», click «Beta feedback». The button is next to the label in the estimate and the decor calculator, in «Price list and norms» and «Reference projects», in drawings, printing and 3D parts. The board and the frame chats have no such button: write to support about problems there. «Beta feedback» is still at the bottom of the «Project chats» panel (the button in the project header).
  2. In the «What did you notice» field, describe what is inconvenient, where the error is or what is missing: what you clicked, what you expected and what happened. Up to 4000 characters.
  3. Click «Send». The message «Thank you, feedback sent» appears.

Good to know

  • The AURA team sees the feedback together with the page address (without link parameters) and the module version. If the feedback was written in a project, the project name is added. Project colleagues and clients do not see it.
  • The button is wherever a module with the «Beta» label is visible. Since 4 October 2026 the «Production» modules are available to every account, no invitation needed. If you need a module and do not have it, write to support.
  • You do not get a reply to feedback in AURA: the team reviews it while working on the module. If you need an answer or something urgent about access or payment, write to support.
  • A problem in a presentation (also beta) is reported in the editor through the «More actions» menu → «Report a problem».

All beta features are open to everyone

Since 8 October 2026 every AURA feature in beta is open to every account, new ones too: no invitation or waiting list is needed. New beta features will open to everyone right away as well. The wallet and selling in the library are opened by their own mode, not by this switch; since 8 October 2026 they are open to everyone too (the articles on the wallet and on selling and buying in the library).

The «Beta» label stays: the feature is still being improved. If something does not work right, click «Beta feedback» next to the label.

  • If you do not have a beta feature, an AURA administrator has closed it to everyone except invited accounts. Write to support.
