Generations, quota and prices

Money and prices now live on the «Balance» page. This article is about the «Prices» and «Generations and purchases» pages: the second shows remaining generations, team seats and purchases for those who still have a former subscription or old packages.

How to use it

  1. See how much you have and what things cost on the «Balance» page (the menu under your avatar). The «Prices» page in the same menu is open without signing in: it has operation prices, packs and the tool set.
  2. The «Generations and purchases» page is for those who still have a former subscription, a monthly quota or purchased generations. The «Buy extra generations» button in the «You have used all generations for this month» message when you create a visualization leads there, and the /billing link opens it directly. Check the remaining generations, purchased generations and the renewal date.
  3. Subscriptions are no longer sold: operations are paid in pendants, and the prices are on the «Prices» page. For extra generations, choose an available pack.
  4. After paying, wait for the confirmation on the return page. The balance updates once the payment system confirms the payment.
  5. If the terms have not updated, click «Refresh» and check your purchases before paying again.

What to keep in mind

  • A monthly quota exists only for a subscription already paid for, until the end of its period, and for accounts without a balance. It is spent first, then purchased generations, then the balance. If any of that is left, it is shown in the «Previous terms» block on the «Balance» page. Purchased generations do not expire when the monthly quota renews as usual.
  • You can buy a generation pack only with a confirmed email: receipts are sent there. If your email is not confirmed, open the link from the email or send it again: «Profile» → «Security and documents» → «Confirm or change».
  • An account with a balance has no free monthly quota of the Free plan: visualizations, «Final for the client» and refinements are paid from the balance from the very first one. Only the quota of a subscription already paid for, visualizations granted by an administrator with tester access, and purchased generations are spent before the balance. Instead of free visualizations, an account with a balance receives the welcome gift once, if the gift is offered: you can see it in the «History» on the «Balance» page.
  • When you work as an editor, the project's and the owner's limits also apply. Your own balance does not lift the limit of someone else's project.
  • Take the cost of operations and of the tool set from the «Prices» page or from the «What things cost» block on the «Balance» page, and the limits from the «Generations and purchases» screen. They may change; an open tool does not mean unlimited generation.
  • Free of charge: «Print sharpness» (a frame in HD), downloading frames and asking the assistant how to use AURA. Nothing is charged for them.
  • After a payment refund, the balance may need to be restored. The page shows the exact state; disputed payments are resolved through support.
  • In «Team seats», the first number shows the seats taken, including the owner, editors and pending editor invitations. The limit, if one is set, is shown after the slash. The same person in several projects counts once; viewing and commenting do not take an editor seat. An account with a balance has no seat limit: editors are free, but the balance must hold a reserve for each editor if the administrator has set one (the «Team» block on the «Balance» page).
  • The «Prices» page shows the tool set: board, floor plan, presentations, documents and tasks for 30 days, with the first 30 days free. If you are signed in and the trial month is running, it also says «Trial month until» and the date.

Generations and purchases in the app

Open «More» → «Balance» → «Generations and purchases»: the current quota, purchased generations, package balances, purchases and the history of charges are available. The purchase details open in a bottom panel. New money purchases of generations and subscriptions are still being connected. One-time coupon packages are placed in «Balance» → «Store purchases» and are available when the store has opened the packages.
